- The vibrant coloured Agate, i.e Pink, Blue, Purple, are genuine agate but have been dyes this colour. Diamond saws are used to cut the Agate into slices which are then ground to remove any imperfections, then dyed and polished to help enhance and display the beautiful natural banding within. \n
- The ‘duller’ coloured Agate, i.e Brown, Black, Grey, are natural Agate that has not had its colour enhanced in any way. \n
